The Pull Up and Punch Bag Rig is sturdy and strong for Punch Bag, Gymnastics Rings, advanced Calisthenics and bodyweight training. Made for Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Muscle Ups, Toes to Bar etc. The cross bar between the two slanting support tubes is there for push ups.

Sandbags for the base may be necessary depending on exercises, technique and size of the user.
