Chillin On The Bars® Outdoor Calisthenics and Boxing Rig built strong for advanced daily training. 

Designed for stability not portablity the Calisthenics and Boxing Rig is strong and sturdy with supporting tubes in all the right places. Made with Galvenised Steel tube to protect against rust, this can be left in the garden in all weathers. Train in the sun, rain and snow.

Designed for Boxing, Gymnastics Rings training and advanced Calisthenics exercises such as Muscle Ups, Toes to Bar and levers. The 200cm cross bar between the 2 slanting support tubes is there for push ups. 

The height of the Pull Up Bar can be set exactly as required when assembling upto the top of the verticle tubes. The maximum height is the height you select when purchasing.
