Chillin On The Bars® Outdoor Pull Up Punch Bag Rig for Calisthenics Training and Punch Bag Work. Built strong and tall for Pull Ups and hanging a Punchbag.

Made for Bag Work, Pull Ups, Levers, Toes To Bar, Hanging L-sits and many more Calisthenics exercises. The cross bar between the two slanting support tubes is there for Push Ups.

Designed for stability not portablity this is made for advanced, daily training. Made with Galvenised Steel to protect from rust. Train in the sun, rain and snow.

Sandbags were not required when testing Punch Bag training but depending on your training style you may need to use them on the base. The maximum Punch Bag weight for all Pull Up and Punch Bag Rigs is 25KG.

The Rig's tubes are shipped wrapped in plastic and the connections come in an unbranded, reused box delivered directly from the manufacturer. Your Waterproof Logo Sticker will arrive separately via Royal Mail.
